Do you want to take back your power, embrace your sensitive strengths and craft your life the way you want it?

If you answered “Yes” to any or all of the above then you are in the right place!

I use my life experience, my counselling training and my coach training to help women (in particular HSP women) to find their path to be who they REALLY are and to live the life they want (instead of what they think they should want). I particularly love supporting HSP women to embrace their sensitive strengths.

This is my big why because I found myself with all the boxes ticked off (the boxes that society tells me should make me happy - husband, kids, dog, house, career) and I was angry, miserable and confused. I want everyone to know that it doesn’t have to be that way. The path to get to a place where you can really be yourself, not the self everyone else expects of you, isn’t easy but it is possible, it is doable and it really is worth it.

What are you looking for?

The good news is that I can help you transform your life. I have lived that change and now I support others to do it. The even better news is that when you change, not only do you benefit but also everyone around you - your children, your family, your friends, your colleagues, and your community.

I cannot do the work for you but I will be by your side all the way. I don't offer a quick fix but I know from personal experience that change is possible if you have the time, the energy and the determination to do the deep work that is needed. You have all the answers inside you and, if you want to find them, I will help you.

I feel deep in my heart that it’s an immense privilege to work with women on this path and it is absolutely one of things I have been put here for.  I coach 1:1 and I also run the occasional group programme.

I know that the coaching work I do can sound a bit daunting; very few people dig into their inner self for fun! But I want you to know that if you are feeling a nudge to start, or continue, your self-discovery journey, it’s possible, it’s doable, it’s worth it!

Let me tell you about Daisy, who sought me out for coaching when she was making a move to a new city and a new job. She wasn’t used to good support in her life and she decided to do this move differently. She filled in the questionnaire I sent her before we started work, so I had some background information about her and we could get working straight away.

Daisy came wanting to forward-focus and what we worked on most was her relationship with herself. Looking outwards to others for solutions and answers is a common habit but the real truth lies within us if we can learn to look inwards. That is the work we mostly concentrated on. Daisy was a dream client as she was willing to be coached, she was prepared to try something different and she was honest with me in how she felt about things. Daisy ended our work together feeling much more solid in herself and her growth was a privilege to witness. One of the big things that Daisy realised is that she’s a highly sensitive person (HSP) and her intuition had drawn her to work with me (spoiler alert: I knew that all along and introduced it to Daisy slowly).

It’s my most favourite thing when clients understand that they are wonderful exactly as they are and they have everything they need in them already. Society gives us so many messages to the contrary that we all, to some degree or another, end up feeling “less than”. That was very much my story but the therapy and self-coaching that I undertook helped me see the real me inside. Lifting the weight of the childhood trauma that had been squashing me down for so long gave the sensitive part of me room to breathe and just be. That is why I love guiding people on a similar path.

I bloody love all this work I do with wonderful intuitive, emapathic and highly sensitive folks. To guide someone from a place where they feel weird, not good enough and even broken to a place where they appreciate how amazing they are and what they bring to the world, is what I’m here for. I really believe that because that has been my path.

I believe it’s the relationship with someone that matters and not what they call themselves and I also believe that personal development coaches, counsellors and other healers need to have done their own inner work to support others on their paths without causing harm. Unfortunately the coaching industry isn’t regulated and there are a lot of coaches out there that are unwittingly causing harm. Be careful who you choose to accompany you on your path.

I’m wondering if you are feeling a nudge?

I’d love to invite you to book a FREE 45 minute call with me to just chat about what has come up for you while reading my website. I encourage you to trust that you had that nudge for a reason.

  • Imagine a life where you find moments of joy every day instead of living for the holiday that’s coming.

  • You want to feel secure in who you really are and don’t worry about what others think of you.

  • You put yourself first and know that by looking after yourself you are more able to look after others.

  • You want to feel your life has purpose and you know what you are passionate about.

  • You find a desire to try new things and take risks

  • When you feel confident you feel like you can do anything. You want to feel like that every day.

Here are other ways to get to know me and my work better

The HSP Connection podcast (that I co-host with Robbie Leigh) is going from strength to strength and we have had some wonderful feedback. This is my favourite so far:

“I love the deep dive you’ve taken into this subject (comparison), and the way you explore it with such vulnerability and compassion (your trademark style!). “

You can find the podcast on all the usual podcast platforms and on YouTube (click HERE for links).

The HSP Connection Community is my newest venture (with Robbie Leigh). We started the Community because as HSPs it’s important to have other HSPs to connect with. A space we can just be ourselves and the others just get you.  As one member puts it “I am always learning and gaining strength and courage from you all. How similar our struggles are, how strong and resilient we are, how much depth we crave and how we thrive when we get the opportunity to be in spaces that celebrate all of this.”

If you’re interested in the support and guidance you can find in the Community or from coaching with me, you can book a connection call with me using the button above.

Blog posts here on this website - go to the homepage and click on the Blog blob. I have written about lots of different subjects - from connection and belonging to my crow’s feet, from forgiveness to my epic family trip to Canada. Something for everyone!

My book - I See, Me (a memoir). I self-published my book in December 2021 and it is available on Amazon. It’s my story of my journey from “less than” to “enough”, from fearful, in pain and angry to open, courageous and alive. Click HERE for more details and to read the reviews.
